Dr. Pushpendra P. Singh,

Dr. Singh is an experimental nuclear physicist specializing in instrumentation. He obtained a PhD in Physics from Aligarh Muslim University, conducting research on low-energy incomplete fusion. His work encompasses areas such as low energy nuclear reactions, rare-decay studies, and cyber-physical systems for environment, agriculture, and water applications. Throughout his career, Singh has been recognized for his contributions, including the "Prof. C. V. K. Baba Best Thesis Award" from the Indian Physics Association. He has worked at prestigious institutions such as the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research in Mumbai and the Laboratori Nazionali di Legnaro in Italy. Singh has collaborated with researchers worldwide, including those from JINR Dubna, TU Darmstadt, ANL, LASTI, Aksaray University, IUAC, TIFR, and AMU. He has led numerous scientific projects funded by national and international agencies and has authored over 70 impactful research articles. At IIT Ropar, Singh serves as the Project Director and Principal Investigator of iHub - AWaDH, a hub focused on Agriculture & Water Technology Development established under the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber Physical Systems (NM-ICPS). Dr. Ritesh Khunyakari,
Associate Professor, TISS, Hyderabad
Dr. Khunyakari obtained a Master's degree in Botany and briefly taught at Abasaheb Garware College before pursuing a doctorate in Science Education at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE), Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. He also had a short-term affiliation with the Science and Technology Park at the University of Pune. After joining Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2011, he became a faculty member in the Azim Premji School of Education. His responsibilities include course design, teaching, research and development, and collaborations with various organizations and institutions. Dr. Khunyakari research spans Design and Technology Education, Science Education, and collaborations in various fields. He collaborate on projects in Art Education, Geography, teacher development, and learning assessment. He also served as a Co-Principal Investigator for the Tata Trusts' Reverse School Choice project (2018-2020) and collaborated on the Education component of a research project on prison conditions in Telangana led by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (2018-2019). Dr. Khunyakari have been involved in the Multilingualism group between Frankfurt and the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education since 2001. She works on Biomedical Innovation System of the country with a special focus on Emerging Technological Innovation System to study the country’s context specific issues related to healthcare needs of the country. Prior to her current position, Dr Singh was Scientist-C at Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health and Family welfare, New Delhi, India. She has obtained her PhD degree from the Centre for studies in Science Policy, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Her present work “Emerging Biomedical Innovation System and its Issues and challenges” facilitates the contribution towards the development of Socially Responsible Innovation System Framework.
